Now at 54, I often think back to 12 years ago, when at 42, I started my first venture. Despite uncertainties, I trusted in the possibilities, proving that age is no barrier — that leap set the foundation for the ventures and trainings I lead today.

Over the years, I’ve built ventures focusing on technology ERP solutions, staffing solutions, CxO hiring and entrepreneurship training across academia and business. My work helps people and organizations work smarter, innovate and achieve more.

🏢 Corporate Journey & Learnings -( Exp. 20 Years.)
Before venturing out on my own, I spent years at Cyient and other organizations, leading automation projects that improved productivity and delivered real impact. The lessons I learned about innovation, automation, B2B client handling, quality standards, and leadership continue to guide me in all my entrepreneurial and mentoring endeavors today.

I was honored to be personally invited by my mentor, Dr. B.V.R. Mohan Reddy, Founder of Cyient.com (an Indian MNC where he was once my employer and later my client), and Padma Shri awardee, to his book launch, where he congratulated and encouraged me on my entrepreneurial journey.
