My professional journey spans approximately two decades in corporate environments and more than a decade in entrepreneurship, bringing together experience in business operations, quality management, process improvement, technology-enabled services and entrepreneurial development.
Having worked in both established organisations and entrepreneurial ventures, I bring a practical understanding of organisational challenges, business opportunities and the importance of effective execution.
Today, I contribute to corporate learning, entrepreneurship development, startup mentoring and industry–academia collaboration, connecting professional experience with practical business learning.
Corporate Journey | Operations, Quality & Business Transformation
My corporate career includes professional experience with Infotech Enterprises (now Cyient), Tele Atlas and ASCOMP Technologies, across operational management, quality systems, client-delivery coordination and process improvement.
During my tenure at Infotech Enterprises, my responsibilities and contributions included:
Operational Management: Coordinating INCA operations across Noida and Hyderabad, ensuring work allocation, quality and timely delivery.
Client Requirements & Escalation Management: Coordinating corporate client requirements internally through project managers, handling operational escalations and supporting timely resolution.
Quality Management Systems (QMS): Supporting quality processes, ISO-related activities, internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Team Coordination: Working with teams across locations to maintain delivery standards and operational continuity.
Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce dependence on manual processes.
Internal Training: Contributing to employee learning and knowledge sharing on quality processes, project management and time management.

My entrepreneurial journey began after nearly two decades of corporate experience, driven by the ambition to create independent business opportunities and apply my professional knowledge in new ways.
Through Search Career Services, I gained entrepreneurial experience in executive recruitment, staffing and corporate training across sectors including IT, BPO, FMCG and BFSI.
As Co-Founder of BeBoss Technology LLP, my work expanded into technology-enabled business solutions, academic automation, institutional software services, IT infrastructure support and entrepreneurship development.
I have also been associated with 4Startup, an initiative focused on entrepreneurship learning, startup ecosystem engagement and professional knowledge sharing.
